Oh hell yeah. Turning right around if there are any frat guys there, though.

But if you turned right around, you wouldn't have anything to whine about the next morning!

Tonight's show at Sonar was better than the 9:30 show! Superb really. TV on the Radio just flat out performed better in my estimation. Tunde was far more intense, and the vocals were all just more in sync with each other. Nice and tight. The sound was muddier, no doubt due to the room characteristics, but the levels were better mixed, I think. The audience was appreciative, but just a little bit less energy than the 9:30 audience overall. The crowd surfers were damn annoying though. And distracting. You don't crowd surf at a TV on the Radio show. WTF? Fortunately, there were only three, and only the first one caught me by surprise. Bought the second of Cernoch's two posters after the show. They still had lots left after I got mine, but they seemed to be going pretty fast.

This was my first show at the Sonar mainstage. My previous shows were all on the club stage. Not a bad venue, except the sound was muddy and the lighting was kind of junior varsity compared to the lighting at your typical 9:30 show. Nicer than the Black Cat overall though.

It was my first Sonar show too, and I have to agree with your overall assessment.  I also agree with the WTF about the crowd surfers, but also had to chuckle about it. I can't remember the last time I saw someone crowd surf at a show.
