I'm listening to early Red House Painters right now, and it's mindblowing how talented they were on those 4AD records. They've got my vote.

Absofuckinglutely.

I listened to the whole catalog today.  Sucked Out would be lucky to break the top ten.

Which should I download from emusic? Last Call for Vitriol or In The Valley of Dying Stars?

Last Call for Vitriol.

Although either of the first two albums (Regretfully Yours or Head Trip in Every Key) are the better bet.

GGW is correct, the first two are the best, but I prefer Dying Stars over Vitriol
