No you are a scalper if you sell any for anything other than face value.  The ONLY way any of the scalpers can be selling pairs is by having two pair and selling off the 2nd tickets of each.

Where are people getting this from? I haven't seen ANYWHERE it says the ticket purchaser must enter the venue. If the ticket purchaser can go to the window and get their two tickets, what's to stop them from walking down the block and handing both tickets to some other people?

If this is done like the beastie boys show that tickets were the same way, you dont even get a ticket until you go through the door.  They come down the line with a cart, tickets, arm bands, and a will call list.  You present your ID and CC.  They arm band you that second and give you a STUB ONLY.  They arm band your guest and do the same.  Then you go in.

No offense, but why would we assume the same ticketing rules are in effect for this as they were for Beastie Boys? They were very explicit in spelling all that out for Beasties, whereas for this all they've said is "Will call only, can only be picked up night of show."

An hour before doors. Go to tickets.com and search for 9:30 club and you can find parking passes for all the shows.

This girl seems to be changing her price.
 
 First it was $1,000, then down to $800 for two. Now she's selling off only one for $500. Guess she thinks she's got to go to the show now.
 
 Also, I'm wondering why people think you won't have a chance to hand off the tickets to someone else? Hell, I'm hoping I can walk up earlier in the day to get my tickets just to avoid the massive line and just get there before the Pumpkins go on.

Good luck but I serioulsy think that Seth and them have this type of think dialed in pretty well.  Its yoru call of course.  I am only going by past experience at the club and what I highly suspect will be the case this time.
