 funny how billy was wearing cheap-ass foam earplugs... maybe he can't afford etymotics?!?
 
 this might send a barbs my way, but a highlight for me last night was "1979".  yes, it's one of their more known/commercial songs, but i love when the pumpkins get into dream-pop mode.  
 
 the crowd was indeed a bit lame at times.  during the second or third song of the show ("today"?), he got the crowd to sing the first verse - and gave us the collective thumbs-down.  i didn't get the impression he was being sarcastic or humorous... and jimmy seemed pretty incredulous at the lack of cheering during his drum solo pauses.  guess they've become accustomed to a move animated crowd?
 
 is it just me, or does billy have  really big hands?

you have a lot of great shots, the one you like is indeed strong.   this one is pretty damn cool too.  seriously good stuff.
 
 the one i pointed out is of interest to this board because josh, aka thatguy, is front and center in it - more so than billy.  i see that you've uploaded more -  this one is an even better shot of josh.

if you didn't get in at 10:00:00 sharp, forget it... tickets dissappeared just as fast as they did for the 930 show.  best bet is to hope you're fast enough for the public on-sale.
