Kings of Leon/Secret Machines
« on: January 18, 2005, 03:43:00 pm »
Okay, now I'm thinking:  Is this Seth's way of killing all controversies/bitching about ticket prices/escalating service fees/parking increases??? Don't let us get tickets at ANY PRICE????

Kings of Leon have had the 930 show listed for over a week.  Today, it finally showed up on the 930 website, but does not allow purchases...or list dates when purchases will become available: Not up on tickets.com either.

Secret Machines has had it's 930 show up for over a week, and  Starr Hill - scheduled for the week after 930, has been selling tickets for over a week...

WILL THESE ALSO BE "PRIVATIZED TICKET SALES"  COMPLETE WITH SECRET PASSWORDS AND HANDSHAKES?  BTW:  It can't be that their "special loyal fans" get first shot at tickets 'cause neither group handles sales from their sites.  Who do you have to know (rhymes with something else) around here to get tickets?????

huh? shows get listed on bands website long before they get official announced at the club... and maybe they updated the 9:30 schedule early before the tickets went up for sale at tickets.com.

Guess I'm screwed, cause I won't buy from those dirtballs.  At this rate - Miss Mia - and her fellow scalpers will end-up owning the 930!!  It's sad, 'cause their profits don't benefit the venue or the artists...sigh!  Reality sucks.

Relax...this show's over a month and a half away.  You're not going to miss out on an opportunity to buy tickets because the show has already passed.
