Ya know, I've got to sympathize a bit with the next door neighbors too...  I wouldn't want to live next door to a bunch of drunken loud-mouthed frat boys yelling "whooo" -- the type of crowd Irish pubs in the US seem to attract -- either.

 Not quite as well executed as the mid-80's BBS user interface of     http://www.theraconteurs.com/     but it's perfectly evocative of nascent web design, particularly of the period right after Netscape added support for animated GIFs and the <center> tag. Now, if only it used <blink>...
