Lower case worked just fine for me.  And the seats I  was offered weren't really that bad - they just weren't really that good (back of the floor and section D, but near the top).  I'll bet they offered a little of everything.

It's just a presale.  There will probably be 10x as many tickets available for the real sale.

maybe this is all apart of some fiendish plan to get rid of presales... get people so riled up about them, they wont miss them when they are no longer offered.

personally i think the sell by date on presales has expired and they are no longer useful as even a marketing tool.  too many people think they are one of the few on the inside and will promptly get front row seats. i say get rid of them all together  unless the presale is held by a band as a fanclub perk like Pearl Jam.

Um I picked up a quite excellent (single) pre-sale ticket this a.m. .. in one of the boxes up near the stage.  For those of you who will try again this weekend, try to get one of the box seats .. they are generally the best seats in the house at DAR. Absolutely no obstruction between you and the stage .. though admittedly your box can get kind-of crowded and unruly (it's a general admission seating approach once you're in the boxes, so it's first come-best seat).

I reloaded until exactly 12 and they were already sold out.

Same thing here, yet somehow they are popping up on ebay right before my eyes.  How do they do it?

Yeah, I've failed three times now on that.  My only hope is that ticketmaster wants to jerk everyone around and release blocks of tickets leading up to the concert.  Do they even do that?  Either way, I'll be trying for days.

Wow - That was probably the least successful big venue sale I've dealt with.  After reloading several dozen times I finally pulled up one pair of crummy seats.  Thew 'em back and never got back in.

I could not even pull up a SINGLE ticket yet some auctions on ebay are already clcosed.  Why not just give all the tickets to scalpers?

Let's pool our money, and arrange a buy from one of the scalpers.  We'll insist on an in-person exchange, and when we find them we steal their secret, right the wrongs, and break the kneecaps.

One of the eBay sellers included a phone number (206-363-4555)

Feel free to call and tell him what you think.

Holy jeevus.  I was just screwing around on the Ticketmaster site, furious that nothing ever came up for me.  I tried typing in one seat.  Up popped ORCHESTRA, ROW A, SEAT 5.  It's only one seat, but the first row orchestra is nothing to complain about.  This happened at 12:30, for those of you without hope!
