I'm not sure how this is possible, but the new Flaming Lips album (slated for an April 4 release) is available for purchase on the super-cheap Russian mp3 downloading site mp3spy.ru...

 The site is a little sketchy (you have to set up an account and put at least $10 on it), but the album is legit - and really sweet.
