I may try to get over after Siouxsie (I think she'll be off by 10:30), but work has dropped in to my lap for tomorrow that may send me home early...

Well I don't know what y'all look like (except Bags, whom I didn't see) so I don't know if I saw you or not.    :)

Good show though, yes?   Although loud as fuck.  My ears are still ringing.   That fat dude who fronts them is a very entertaining showman and was cute in his cat costume.

Oh my, a cat costume.  I didn't make it, Doom...  Siouxsie went until 11:00, and I needed to get home and rest up.  Glad the show was good.  Siouxsie was as well, though really heavily doing Creatures stuff (I'm much more a Banshee myself).

Tim Harrington may be one of the most unlikely frontmen in rock 'n' roll...balding, hairy-chested and beer-bellied...but he performs with such bravado that I consider him sexy.  Oooh, and i can't stop thinking about those whiskers!

Anyway, they sounded great last night...it was a much more energetic show than the last time i saw them, even considering his crawl across the black cat bar during the previous show.

The last time I saw Les Savy Fav they had a guy from Saturday Night Live open up.  Not funny at all.

The indie beards were abundant last night.

yeah I noticed there were a lot of doods with that unmistakable mass-market-generic-indie look.  And some of them were dumb as posts.

my hubby was there sporting a beard but it wasn't intended as an act of solidarity with Tim Harrington.

i unfortunately drank a bit too much at the show last night so I'm thinking I should probably just continue my alcoholic-in-training program by getting sloshed tonight in preparation for the gbv glugfest on saturday.
