Pitchfork announced the Roots Picnic tour this morning, and the Green Apple Festival is the DC date.  I hope this means that we also get the likes of Gnarls Barkley, Deerhoof, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Santogold and Diplo.

I was on the Green Apple Website, and I didn't see anything confirmed for the DC venue yet. However, I might be changing my plans for that weekend.
