My two thougths:

Smackette found a new apt she wants to move to so she can get a puppy, but I'm 95% certain the building doesn't allow for DirecTV.  I'm meeting with the Building Manager to see what can be worked out, but if I can't charm someone enough, it means moving back to....ugh.....comcast.  No Setanta/Fox Sports+, no more regional sports channels, no more NFL Sunday Ticket, no more HD baseball package, no more 200+ channels of HD, no more testing all the new software and gadgets...the list goes on and on.

I keep telling myself that being 2 blocks from the best soccer bar in the city and going back to beta test for Tivo make it worth it, but I'm kidding myself, right?
