I understood that your fiancee sent you boudoir photos but I did not understand, in paragraph 3 where you lay out your idea, that those hypothetical photos were also supposed to be boudoir photos. You just made it sound like photos at different ages, unqualified.

I now find this idea weird, second Rhetorical-Question Sidehatch's sentiments, and cast aspersions.

On this day 10 years ago I hosted a Super Bowl Party.  Super Bowl XXXIX (Pats v Eagles) was the last Super Bowl I ever watched in 480p on a CRT.

Whoa, I adopted HD a year before Smackie did. This is a massive source of, unexpected, pride for me.

There really wasn't much HD content at that time - only over the air - which didn't work with my DirecTV DVR's.  If you recall, the HD TiVo on DTV couldn't record the local MPEG4 stream, just the national MPEG2 streams, so it was a mess I didn't want to get into.  Oct 2005 I bought a 42inch plasma and the Directv non-tivo HD DVR.

That being said, I bit the bullet on 4K UHD two weeks ago to replace that 10 year old Plasma.  Downloaded 4K content is crystal clear, but streamed content is the same as 1080p to my old eyes.
