Les Savy Fav / Dodos roll call

@ The Cat this Friday.  Looking forward to Dodos, the album is great and my friend Svet wrote up a good review of their DC9 show last Sunday:

I saw the Big Sleep open for the Thermals last year.  Their set opened strongly but rapidly went downhill. Way downhill.  The singer is pretty bad.

The Dodos are great.  I saw them at DC9 on Sunday and I really enjoyed their set.  
 
 I agree on the assessment of The Big Sleep.  The female singer is terrible.  There are okay for about 2-3 songs and then get a little tiresome.  It seems like they play in DC a lot.  
 
 I'll be at the show, mainly to see The Dodos again.  I am not sure how I feel about Les Savy Fav, however, they look entertainling live (based on videos and YouTube).  Worth it?

We dropped the ball on this one.  According to the Black Cat website tonights show is sold out.  Anyone got 2 or 3 extras they want to sell?  PM me ASAP and I'll meet you there.  Thanks.

I'm surprised it too that long to sell out. Les Savy Fav don't come around here often, plus it's a Friday night...
