Wonder how much it will go for.  What's the real story?  I can't see any record store throwing away records like this.

looks can be deceiving my good friend, just because the store front is a bit dodgy.  Record Time is one of the best places in the world to get the good Techno and House coming from Detroit.  It's also one of the best record stores period.   Historically, The Record Time distribution catalog has been a who who's of all the Detroit labels, including several Richie Hawtin has been involved with.  I don't think Buy-Rite still exists and Submerge carries a much smaller set of labels.  The early stuff coming out of Detroit was vastly better than the shite thats being cranked out now..

i actually never got to buy-rite only heard of it,  record time was much closer to me on the east side... plus record time isn't that far past 8-mile   :D   the submerge store, somewhere in detroit, had erratic hours...

well it's technically on the west side of detroit, as it's on the other side of woodward... i was just in habit of going to record time because it was closer.

detroit was always confusing to me....yes, west side as we had to pass Hamtramck to get there
