 I was going to defend the teeth thing a little until I saw the 2nd picture where some are actually missing. As someone above sort of said, he's always had a strange gum line in relation to his upper lip. Also, I'm sure we're seeing lots of shadowing on his teeth.
 
 I always thought that he had MS but considering that everyone else seems to be in agreement about the cancer thing, I guess that I'm wrong. He's lucky he has hair!
