Perhaps the worst band in the history of terrible music.  It's Rush for the Hot Topic scene. [/b]
I thought their last album was decent.  IT flows well and tells a story. Its one of the only cds i listen to where i actually can picture whats going on.  But, to each their own.  I personally can't see how anyone can like QOTSA.  When they opened for nine inch nails in 2005, I browsed the t shirts during their set. [/b]
Perhaps saving to see an otolaryngologist would be a better use of your resources than concert going right now, I'd be willing to start a fund, I mean your issues seem much more pressing than what this guy

I got 2 on the floor.  I would have rather had seats in the 100-level, but I wasn't about to throw these back.  I got 'em around 10:10, too.

I know Josh is a good guitarist, but to me, most of his songs for queens sound the same. As a fellow musician and guitarist, i do respect him, I even enjoy some of his contributions to other projects, such as the latest Unkle.  I simply was stating that i cant stand to listen to his band queens.  I even dig some kyuss.  i am not anti Josh. just anti queens. but, i didnt know there was so much anti Coheed feelings.  I thought they were an interesting band.  They have a (in my opinion) good sound and fun records.

Ah, Director leave the kid alone, his opinion is as valid as anyone else's, I of course think he's nuts but I don't think he was  making a direct comparison but rather he likes one and not the other, maybe he'll grow out of it, maybe not but we don't don't poke fun at people who like mediocre to awful bands which is after all just personal taste, NOONE said anything about all the Police fans hyperventilating on this board did they?

Josh isn't just a good guitarist, he's unreal. I hardly think all of their music sounds the same. Especially on records like Songs for the Deaf when SO many different people collaborated and did vocals. If you think it all sounds the same, then you probably need to listen more carefully.

Didn't see this announced, maybe I missed it:
