Sweet! I have been waiting to see them again since they toured in 2005 with the Decemberists.  A new album is dropping soon too.

 I did not notice that the tickets were not supposed to be on sale until 2/21, I just clicked the buy tix link at the RnR webpage and it let me purchase tickets for this show.
 
 I have confirmation and they debited my account so they are definately on sale.

It seems really unreasonable to announce a show 2 months before tickets go on sale, so you're probably correct.
