I know some people on this board know him I am talking about, he is always in the Black Cat as well, he is pretty well known in the area, can't remember his name, but I think he normally wears suits

Well then who is the guy I refer to as the "deputy mayor"? Seems to have the same physical afflictions as the mayor...is about the same size. I think he works at the gas station sometimes, as I've seen him in one of the little uniform shirts.

it was a birthday present. flew up to the see the frames/damien rice at the university of toronto. fantastic show. got to see hairspray the musical too, should anyone be a john waters fan. its an excellent production. different than the movie obviously, but equally good.
