on the upside, there is zero chance this show will sell out unless the opener is bigger than APTBS or something really big happens to them in the next 2.5 months.  
 
 = buying tickets at the door with zero fees, and luxury of being able to make a game-time decision.  sweet.
 
 musing: are we 100% sure APTBS is headlining?  maybe they're opening for someone else?

They're playing with Sian Alice Group (a virtually unknown experimental/post-rock band from the UK). So yeah it's safe to say they're headlining.

 No, I got them booked for Snail at the Warehouse about 3 or 4 years ago. Their first DC show.
 
 We were trying to get them added onto the Virgin Festival. It's on that thread somewhere. Last I saw of the band's schedule, it looks like that weekend is still open... but barely.

Same.  Thurston seems like he'd be a cool guy to listen to, no matter what he's discussing
