Yeah, Depreciation Guild were a huge disappointment last time. They were also the band I looked forward to seeing most. At least that opener from the last show isn't playing. They were called The Sugarplums I think?

I really dug the d guild opening set for the last pains show.... What was so boring about it?

And the Sugerplums might have been the worst band i have ever seen live.  The crowd was extremely hostile towards them as well.

I don't know that it was boring as much as that it didn't translate all that well live. The mix sounded off for their set, too.

Same here - I thought they were really good.  I had no expectations going in though.  If I go to this one, I'll definitely go early enough to catch them again.
