Anyone know how many the floor holds when it's standing?
good question... the floor sits about 600, so i think you can double that.
I wish I would have just got really nice seated seats instead so I could get there late.
you would have had trouble doing so... at least the "really nice" part. center pavilion didn't come available until late in the game. i gave up and grabbed 2 floors around 10:40, fifteen minutes later i managed to put the first center pavilion seats in my basket. yes, i like torturing myself.
GA Floor is always standing. They used to have seats down there long ago but it has been many years. If you are tall you should have a good view from anywhere within the area.
they still have them - they're removable. some shows have a seated floor, others have a GA floor. jazz fest and summer fest (erykah badu/roots/etc) both are non-GA/seated floor shows.
