Here is my last thought on this subject.

A few weeks after my procedure, I saw my urologist and his wife in my neighborhood park. I went up and said "Hey, I'll bet if you had a clock in your office, it would go 'dick doc dick doc dick doc." His wife burst out laughing but he didn't even crack a smile. I think his wife is pretty attracted to me now.

NACHTMYSTIUM are too close for comfort for me to the NSBM scene for me to ever pay to see them. Too bad because I would not mind seeing Jarboe. I know they severed all ties with those people but still. There were ties at one time.

I saw Jarboe at Nation back in 2005.  She was great (I reviewed the show for the Post, can dig up the link if you'd like), but Nation had their "goth prom" going on in an adjacent room, so there was tons of noise bleed from bad industrial music.  Because of that, snailhook and I were wandering around before the show trying to find a quiet place to hang out and ended up accidentally wandering into Jarboe's dressing room where she was in a, ahem, revealing state of undress.

I'm pretty sure any connection to nazi labels was done without the band's permission. I think Blake Judd was only 17 or 18 when that whole mess started. I mean he is in a band now with Thurston Moore! Wonder if they pal around and do.....nazi stuff? hahaha. Anywho, I saw them with Brutal Truth and Eyehategod a few years ago and they kinda kicked ass.

This looks tasty: Wed. Oct. 24th @ Sidebar Tavern - Tombs, 16, The Process (UK)

I remember in the good old days, when book readings used to be free and were held at bookstores.

Now, even people like Molly ringwald expect you to pay money to hear her discuss her book.

they are to post a schedule on this site but have yet to do so:

http://www.thieveryatfairgrounds.com/#info

What time does the event start and end?

Doors will be open at 1pm and music will begin at 2pm. A schedule of the performers will be available shortly. The event will conclude with the headlining set from Thievery Corporation.
