My wife is giving up seeing her favorite band (Nada Surf) on her birthday to see my daughter's favorite artist (Cyndi Lauper) at Wolftrap.

We are the bad parents who took their kid to Wolftrap to see David Byrne/Devotchka two weeks before her second birthday. She actually danced like a madwoman during Devotchka, but fell asleep during David Byrne...carried her to the car and then her room and she slept through it all.
