I was watching the local news on NBC after the game, and I swear to god the black guy announcer (surrounded by a sea of white people, I had to wonder if he was afraid for his life) referred to the Caps as a "soccer" team (can't remember the exact context, but he did use "soccer" instead of "hockey.")
