Uh, probably like 20 years ago. In the era where they were still playing at the club. They announced a show, it sold out, then announced a late show with an insanely short turnaround time and all the regulars who had bought tickets to the first (“early”) flipped their shit over how B+S were going to have to play a shorter encore for the first show and could go “all out” in the second one. People were demanding refunds, IIRC.
