yes, Tod A from Cop Shoot Cop (singer, high-end bass player) fronts Firewater. Firewater's first album also featured players from other bands (jesus lizard) and is my favorite (get off the cross, we need the wood for the fire). Basically it's nothing at all like C$C, it's more like crazy gypsy/cirus/carnival music infused with rock. Good stuff though, and as always, great lyrics from Tod. Many of Firewater's fan were also C$C fans, but again, the music is very different. Accordians, Horns, Violins and more.
