I would definitely include

The Shape of Punk To Come - Refused
   De Stijl - White Stripes
   Remote Part - Idlewild
   Distored Lullabies - Ours
Dig Your Own Hole - Chemical Brothers
Hail To The Thief I of course
and maybe that first Staind album (dont kill me)

nmh is on every critics list, makes sense that it gets number one.  i always favored bee thousand over alien lanes, crooked rain should be higher, but that's about as solid a list as you could expect from a magazine.  excluding nirvana.

but Tortiose shouldnt be on ANYONES list. They are horrible.
and Nirvana i think won a spot on every list ever made...for some reason.

GGW is so lame he could give his over-used tired old jokes a number at this point...he would only need the fingers on one hand to take care of them all. [/b]
number 7 [/b]
...and yet again you pass the idiot test with flying colors. [/b]

But:

 Â 1990
 Â 101 Damnations
 Â
 Â 1991
 Â 30 Something

101 damnations is their best, but its too old all the other albums are not that good from what  remember.

The Ned's atomic Dustbin comment was a joke.

You guys don't seriously like them do you? They rank right there With EMF and Jesus Jones in the garbage bin of 90's bad music...

Just because something is "alternative" doesn't make it good!

Why do you think I brought Carter USM up? Jesus Jones and EMF are also great examples of complete crap....yet more proof that the 90's was a bad time for Brit music.

Because Michael Stipe said he would hold his breath until he puked if they weren't on the list.

When was Definately Maybe released? Early Oasis should be on a stupid list like that.
