I suppose you have trouble relating to a list that doesn't include anything prior to 1993....

Give the guy some credit, I think he's going to see Belle and Sebastian.  Mankie, you do know that's a band and not that childrens book, don't you?

GGW is so lame he could give his over-used tired old jokes a number at this point...he would only need the fingers on one hand to take care of them all.

I won't even begin to say what is wrong with that list. I own about 75% of those records...most of them are good, a few even great. Before everyone rips me a new one for my taste in music, I'd really be curious to see what other people put in their top 20...because maybe there are some classic records out there I've overlooked and should buy.  My list would run something like this:

 20) Air Miami -- Me, Me, Me
 19) Sugar -- Beaster EP
 18) Air -- Moon Safari
 17) Boo Radleys -- Giant Steps
 16) Moby -- Everything is Wrong
 15) Chemical Brothers -- Dig Your Own Hole
 14) New Order -- Get Ready
 13) Queens of the Stone Age -- Songs for the Deaf
 12) Shellac -- At Action Park
 11) Yo La Tengo -- And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside Out
 10) Heatmiser -- MIC City Sons
 9) Belle and Sebastian -- If You're Feeling Sinister
 8) Radiohead -- OK Computer
 7) Paw -- Dragline
 6) Social Distortion -- Live at the Roxy
 5) Jawbreaker - Dear You
 4) PJ Harvey - Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea
 3) Red House Painters - Red House Painters (rollercoaster cover)
 2) Elliott Smith -- Figure 8
 1) Catherine Wheel -- Chrome

Well I would appear to have 6 of those albums,  dont think any of the ones I have are that great. Maybe Urban Hymns would scrape my top 20, but I doubt it.

Calexico is fine, but it really isnt that great.

Super furry animals rings around the world
 Delgados Hate

would make my list though, but I find it hard to remember what makes the cut off.... I didnt think that breeders album would make it.

They had three or four good songs, in total.....

Lambchop and nixon would be another reasonable choice.

God Fodder came out too early (1991) for the list.
