New Year's DC Homicide Pool !

How long will it take in hours before DC gets it's first homicide of '06?   If your guess is closest to the mark you'll win two free tickets to the next 50 Cent show at the club.

Senior of high school, the first DC murder of the New Year ('04) was a dude who I went to Wilson with.  Pretty fucked up.

You see in CA, it's always within seconds beacuse the hispanic population likes to shoot guns randomly in the air on New Years.
 
 The problem is convincing them what goes up, must come down, and when you do that in a population of 23 Million....
