i agree they kinda suck. There may even be good discussions going on, but I'm too tired of them to even open any. But whatever, I guess if it promotes music than its fine with me.

Well, I'm enjoying them. Since there's been plenty of time to kill at work these last couple of weeks, it's been fun to see what others have been posting. I've been reminded of songs and artists I had forgotten about and have gone back to listen to them.
 I expect when work starts back up next week these threads will die off.

I ignore them, but they are driving me a bit crazy.  I like to use the "next oldest topic" link to peruse through the threads, but now there are so many of those threads that I go back to the forum list every time now.
 
 But other people are posting in them (and i did twice), so what are ya gonna do?

All you have to do is not open those topics. It's quite simple...unless you are neurotic about leaving an unread thread. Not much else going on in them other than listings of related songs, so you aren't missing much if you don't read them.

I do ignore them (I got no problem ignoring a thread that isn't or doesn't look interesting to me, or flawd's posts), but there were SO MANY that it is a pain when you're trying to just flip through thread by thread using the "next oldest thread" -- it added a bunch of extra steps for me.  Still, not a problem, just a nuisance.

I think they're good.  If you don't like them, just skip over them.

but when there are 20 of them, its gets a little cluttering.  Maybe one a week would be good
