canton, here we come

a few friends and i just got tickets for the pro football hall of fame induction ceremony and the hall of fame game the first weekend in august.  we couldn't pass up the chance to see two of our favorite players enshrined and to see the skins play.  it's going to be a great weekend even if we don't do anything else, but i thought i'd see if anyone had any suggestions of other activities.
 
   i've only passed through the area once before.  is there anything else to do around canton or within a reasonable driving distance?  venues i should check out?  any help would be welcome.

i did this a few years ago when elway got inducted into the hof. it was awesome and the hotel we stayed at happened to be the one with all the players as well.
 
 as far as canton itself? not a damn thing. we went up to cleveland and had some fun there.
