if you havent heard the news - broadway is on strike. still hasnt reopened.

Saw the edited-for-time version in Vegas last year.  Funny premise, but the one joke gets a little stale after a while.  I don't think I could've taken more than 1.5 hours of it.

sorry i thought you were saying you were coming to nyc to see it. many people have found out once theyre in nyc that broadway is on strike. doh! still havent managed to see it. my friends and i had tix to see it when it went on strike. ill see it some other time.

It's a really fun show -- speaks to slackers, post-collegiate crowd, and anyone who grew up in 80s & 90s really well.  And a lot of straight-up presentation of issues of race, jobs, self-worth, porn, friendships, gayness, and more (Yeah I know that last sentence sounded sorta stupid, but trust me, the show is fun.  AND there's a running gag re Gary Coleman)
