Driving to Nissan...

I'm biting the bullet and heading to Nissan for the first time to relive my hair metal youth on Sunday. Leaving from Alexandria, how much time should I allow to get there? Assuming I want to see the beginning of the show.

60 minutes, to be on the safe side.
 
 Just be thankful it's a Sunday show.  A weekday would be more like 3 hours.

get off the i-66 manasshole exit, towards town, turn right at the first light (burger king there) head down a way, and you will turn right onto the road nissan is on.  easy in easy out.  look at map before hand if you want the exact road names.  i use this all the time, and it beats the shitty traffic in and out.

Get off at Manassas 234 Business exit headed south - not towards Bull Run Battlefield.  Turn right at Balls Ford Rd by Burger King, pass Home Depot/Walmart, cross over 234 Bypass, turn right at Wellington, take that to Nissan on left side.

Not as bad as going to Hershey, at least.

I must say that I liked the Poison show, sans the guitar solo, the drum solo, and the god-awful song sung by CC Deville.

That was a fun show. Brett looked really good, even though he was wearing a Poison t-shirt.

 I thought Brett looks chunky and resembles Pamela Lee. CC looks good.
