Help me turn 21 with style

Or no style at all. Since my friends are giant douchebags and nobody got tickets I'm not gonna see The Black Keys on my birthday, as originally planned, but I'm still not spending my night in Fairfax. I love DC and knowing that I want to have an adventure while getting incresingly more entoxicated as the night progresses. Odds are the night will start at the Froggy Bottom Pub. Any suggestions as to where I should hit? Bars? Clubs? Restaurants? Cafe's?
 
 Also if anyone gets wind of at least 2 tickets for The Black Keys on May 13th please send a PM my way. OR! If you hear of one and would like to get me drunk for my birthday.

 may 13 is a tuesday, so it'll be a little quiet, but i would head to all those shitty bars near 18th and M and just get shitfaced, maybe include a late night stop at camelot
 
 no reason to drink like an adult at some "cafe" until the day after you turn 21
 
 by the way, has anyone ever heard anyone call that area  "longfellow"?  it kinda has a nice ring to it

Ok, so Im gonna start the day off at Froggy Bottom and by the end of the night the last stop is going to be 18th Amendement on Capitol Hill.
 
 Odds are we'll be walking but Ive been offered a few DDs so I might have someone driving a few of us around. Are there any bars worth checking out? Or in between Froggy Bottom and 18th Amendment?

I think if you want to go, you can still go down to see if anyone is selling tickets outside. Or, check the tix exchange / craigslist.
