HFStival Cancelled?

Anyone hear about the HFStival @ Raven stadium being cancelled?  They've been continually adding bands over the past few weeks and now I can't find any infomation on them.  Anyone know the scoop?

Hmmm, my birthday, and I'll be celebrating in NY.  I want to see New Order, but may not brave HFStival to do so even if I were in town...
