I don't have time for that 90 fucking page thread....I don't even look at that thing anymore!

Yeah saw them backstage...they are great live, and love "A New Devotion".  Can't wait for the new one.

How would you describe their music? Who would you compare them to? (sorry - working this week somewhere where I can't download and play any music otherwise I'd research it myself)

It's like the members of Wilco going back in time to smoke pencil shavings with a prepubescent Marilyn Manson.

There aren't any openers listed for this show.  Any idea of when they might go on (Velvet Lounge weekend shows are usually so late; I don't want to miss them because I'm still out at friggin' happy hour!)

Thanks for the link.  I've been looking to catch more shows outside of 9:30 and black cat, and this sounds like a good one.  I concur on the start time...

And I will most certainly be there!

Very highly recommend this show. I think you will be delighted by what a good show they put on.

If you like a little sitar in your music, you especially should attend.

I'm anxious to hear how they sound with the keyboardist they've just acquired for their road shows.

F**K YEAH! I'll be there. I'm totally digging the stuff I've been hearing on their website and friends back home have highly recommended their live show.

Any plans for forumites to meet up before the show at the VL? I don't think I've met anyone from this board before and it might be cool to put a face to the handle.
