How quick does the monitored lot on 9th fill up usually for a show during the week? How early before the show starts should one arrive to be sure to get a spot?

It varies show to show.  Buy a parking ticket in advance and don't worry about it.  Or get here by the time the doors open as it usually doesn't fill up that quickly.
