camera policy for govt mule?

i see this question comes up a lot - i guess it' based on the band's wants?  have they stated their position on this?
 
 i have a non professional, yet digital camera that can take pics with the flash feature disabled.

No cameras for the Mule shows.  Audio taping will be allowed though.
