millencolin's and thurday/thice's concerts

You said in the FAQ "all ages, all the time", but I read that today only 21+ are gonna be allowed to get in. So please, tell me if the Thursday/Thrice's (10/20/03) and Millencolin's (10/22/03) concerts are gonna be all ages.
