Westerberg Show - Pictures and Parking
« on: April 27, 2005, 12:07:00 am »
No paid parking for the late show this Friday? Does that mean the lot will be open/first come-first serve. or I'm finding street parking?

And what about cameras for this show? What is and is not allowed.

Along that lines - what exactly does the 9:30 Club consider "professional" ? If I show up with my fancy digital SLR with telephoto and bag of accessories - will that make it through the door? Is professional decided by the equipment I show up with or what I'm planning to do with the photos?

If I contact someone in the Westerberg camp and get permission from them to shoot the show will that be enough for the 9:30 Club?

 Thanks

parking will be first come first serve in the lot.

Professional is sometimes gear and sometimes intent and the level of gear restrictions is determined by the act performing, not the house.

We don't know yet what the parameters are for Friday.

If you have permission to shoot a band and the band's road management is aware of the fact that you have permission then there should not be a problem.

Small non professional cameras will be fine for the Paul Westerberg show this Friday.
