Parking Lot Question

I'm from Richmond, VA, so I'm in for a 2 hour drive to the Kraftwerk show on Tuesday.  I want to park in the parking lot, when does it usually fill up?  I might not get there until 8 or 8:30, is it full by then?  If it's filled up, is there another place to park that is safe?  I was going to buy a parking pass through tickets.com and pick it up at the box office, but it looks like it cost $5 more.  If I buy the parking ticket through tickets.com and don't pick it up from the box office until 8:00 or so, will still get in the lot?  Any help?

It varies from night to night.  I think if you get here by 8:00 you should be ok to get a spot in the lot.  If the lot is filled up you can find spaces in the neighborhood which are occasionally safe.  If you go for the parking on the street option, the closer you are to the club the better.

If you purchase a parking ticket for the lot through Tickets.com then your spot is guaranteed regardless when you pick it up from the box office.
