Darkest hour refund

I ordered my ticket for this show online. Can I get my refund at the atr show next thursday at the club? Do I get my refund at the will call office? If so do I need to bring my order paper and id?

If you got your tickets directly through Tickets.com either online or over the phone, your credit card will automatically be refunded. No action on your part is necessary.
