will call but lost i.d.?

My friend and I are supposed to be going to the Lily Allen show on Friday.  She ordered the tickets with her cc and set it up for will call.  Last night she lost her purse which had her cc, i.d., etc in it.  Will she still be able to pick up the tickets?

As long as she gets her i.d. replaced by Friday,  she should be fine.
