If it makes a difference, your FAQ actually came through twice as well..go figure. Anyways, it sounds like a problem with tickets.com. Call them, 800-955-5566. If you ordered the tickets together, then you should only have one confirmation number for the entire order, which if you went with the "will call" option, you will use to pick up your tickets.
