Cameras or Recordings for Dream Theater?

Are cameras and recording allowed at the Dream Theater show on 3/29?
 
 edit: Also what time should I expect the show to start?

At this juncture I don't have any info on any Dream Theatre show.  Please feel free to inquire a little closer to the show date and we should have more info.
