VFest Voucher Reservation

I emailed the club (following the instructions on the voucher) about reserving a ticket for an upcoming show about a month ago and never got a response back.  Should I assume they received it? Just want to make sure there's a ticket waiting for me the night of the show, thanks.

All voucher reservations that we've received are on file.  We haven't responded to any because there haven't been any issues as far as too many people trying to reserve their voucher for any particular show.  Your reservation is on file and you will be able to use your voucher on the night of the show without any difficulty.
