Public Enemy cancelled

I see on the schedule that Public Enemy has cancelled for the Oct 16 show with Living Colour.  I also see that tickets are now $20 instead of the $25 I paid.  First, how can I get my $5 refund on my ticket?  Second, will another band be added to the bill?

You can claim your $5 at the door the night of the show.  At this juncture  we are not sure if there will be another band added to the bill.
