Would someone at 930 look into why tickets.com's website is still not working (over one month now). Previously registered users have been cancelled (what happened to our credit card info?
) and the prompt won't let us set up a new account nor proceed past the "continue" screen to purchase tickets to 930 events. I called customer service and they gave me some bizarre bs about files/caches...I have both a PC (running windows xp) and an Apple G4 with OS X and neither work...It's seriously cutting into my purchase of 930 tickets; poor me! and other members have posted the same complaints on the forum. Maybe you'll have the power to fix this...
