Tickets.com still not working

Would someone at 930 look into why tickets.com's website is still not working (over one month now).  Previously registered users have been cancelled (what happened to our credit card info????) and the prompt won't let us set up a new account nor proceed past the "continue" screen to purchase tickets to 930 events.  I called customer service and they gave me some bizarre bs about files/caches...I have both a PC (running windows xp) and an Apple G4 with OS X and neither work...It's seriously cutting into my purchase of 930 tickets; poor me! and other members have posted the same complaints on the forum.  Maybe you'll have the power to fix this...???? PLEASEEEEE.
