Will Eastman is founder and resident DJ of Blisspop events at the 9:30 Club and BLISS dance party at the Black Cat. His remixes have received critical praise along with his DJ performances in D.C., across the U.S., and in Europe. Undoubtedly one of North America's most vibrant and promising drum+bass artists, Bobby Jae's sound defines soulful drum+bass. His signature blend of liquid and funk is frequently likened to that of legend LTJ Bukem. Bobby Jae began his career back in 1998 as a house dj with DC's District Soul Collective. His love of house artists such as Roy Davis Jr., Mark Farina and Miguel Migs soon lent itself to the soulful side of drum+bass.
