Ill be there, though I am coming for D Guild.  I checked PPBPAH out and they seem worth staying for.

leaning towards going - like the album - echo BC's question regarding a sellout - will a good pitchfork review get the hipsters out in droves? I won't be ablt to get down there until 10ish

Any chance of this selling out?

i'm always horrible at this, but they got a pitchfork "best new music" tag this week, so i'm guessing yes ... i have my tickets already

fees aren't too horrible on ticketmaster ($3.25/ticket for two $10 tickets) ... 32.5% of the face value sucks, but it's only $3.25 in real terms

Ditto.

Although the Pains album has significantly grown on me.

One sentence review:
Pains exceeded my expectations while TDG fell way short.

I thought both bands were really good.  I had no real expectations going in though.

Curse you handsome devils. I would've liked to have seen this show but couldn't make it happen. I like the Pains album quite a bit but I suspect it'll just be a quickie affair.
